It takes two, don’t you think? To really get a blog going? That’s why we’ll be tag-teaming this blog. Also because it’s nice to have a guy around but even blogs sometimes need that feminine touch! My name is Liz and I’m the Tanning Girl! I love all things beauty and fashion related so if you can’t find me here, you’ll probably find me either at the mall or shopping online. Ok, window shopping online.

I may not be as up on tanning stuff as the Tanning Guy but I’ll keep you up to date on what’s happening around the beauty blog community. Let’s face it, it takes more than a golden glow to keep us looking FABULOUS (although it’s a good start!) so I’ll be writing the love link mash-ups!

This week:

It’s LA Fashion week and I’m jealous of everyone who gets to be there while I’m sitting at home eating Ben & Jerry’s and drooling on my laptop keyboard.

I love the way Who What Wear Daily gets us backstage to see what the models wear when they’re dressing themselves. Ok, I’ll never be that skinny (must be the Ben & Jerry’s) but I can still use some of their tips!

Even better (because it’s more realistic) is hearing what a real woman wears when she’s at a fashion show and A Mom in Red High Heels shares her fashion week wardrobe with us.

I love love love the Bobbi Brown nude collection featured over at Product-Girl. Perfect if you want to look sun-kissed casual and still gorgeous. I can’t wait for summer so I can show off my tan and look as glow-y as the models in her entry!
